How to prepare your raised foil mask

Raised foil mask: Include an extra page in each corresponding PDF showing only the areas to receive raised foil, in solid black on white. Keep the mask the same size and position as your print artwork.

Keep important text inside the trim edge and extend backgrounds into the bleed. Need a template or help with the mask? Contact us before ordering.

Email proof: Within 1 business day after ordering, once artwork is ready. Uploaded files do not display as an online preview.

Production: 3–5 business days after proof approval.

Selected details gain a smooth metallic finish raised slightly above the suede laminated surface, adding subtle height and reflective shine.

Which foil colours are available?

Shiny gold, shiny silver, matte gold, matte silver, red, green, blue, rose gold and copper.

Can foil go on both sides?

Yes. Choose One Side or Both Sides. Full colour printing is included on both sides.

How do I supply artwork?

Upload print ready PDFs for the front and back, plus an aligned solid-black mask for the foil areas. Keep small text and QR codes in the printed artwork. Our team checks the files and sends a proof before printing.

When will my cards be ready?

A digital proof is normally prepared within one business day of your paid order and complete artwork. Production takes 3–5 business days after proof approval. Shipping transit is additional, or choose pickup in Mississauga.

Can I order more than one foil colour?

Standard pricing includes one selected foil colour. Multiple foil colours require a custom quote before ordering.
