We Do All Our Printing In-House
We handle flyer printing by ourselves, in-house. We firmly believe that if you want something done, you have to do it yourself. When you place an order for a batch of flyers and brochures, you can rest assured we’ll personally handle printing, premium finishes, and quality control.
When you hire our services, that’s precisely what you’ll get. We’ll take care of the entire process from beginning to end. No one gets involved but us.
Make Use of Our Design Services
Some of our clients have designs they’d like to try out and already know what they want their flyers to look like. We take their design and print the flyers according to their specifications.
However, if you still haven’t settled on the perfect design for your business, we can help you crystalize your ideas. Besides printing flyers and brochures, we also offer design services. We’ll work with you until we find a design solution that’s just right for your business.
We have an expert graphics design team on hand who will ensure that you get the flyers that portray what your business is all about.
Explore Your Options
Our flyers are printed in full colour on 80lb or 100lb text paper stock. Standard folded brochures use 100lb text paper stock. The colour is either single-sided or double-sided.
You have a wide range of options to choose from. We offer half-page flyers with dimensions 5.5" x 8.5". Full-page flyers are somewhat bigger at 8.5" x 11". We also have legal-size flyers that are exactly 8.5" x 14".
Brochures are somewhat different as you get to choose the type of fold. Their dimensions also vary slightly. There are two types of folds to choose from - 3 panel tri-folds and 2 panel half folds.
Full-page brochures have dimensions of 8.5" x 11". Legal-size brochures reach 8.5" x 14", while tabloid-size brochures are 11" x 17".
What’s also great about our flyers and brochures is that they’re quite affordable. As any business owner knows, marketing isn’t exactly the cheapest. Most marketing methods can cause a serious dent in your budget, but not our flyers, brochures, and business cards.
View current flyer and brochure pricing on the ordering pages. In comparison to other advertising expenses, neither flyers nor brochures are expensive. Plus, you get a whole batch of them to spread around.
Specialty Finishing Treatments
We take great pride in our specialty finishing treatments. They add that little something extra to every flyer and brochure we print, allowing your business to stand out from the crowd.
For flyers and brochures, we offer two types of paper finish: glossy paper stock and silk/dull paper stock.
Express Turnaround
We’ll take your design (or the one we make for you) and print your flyers in a matter of days. The usual turnaround is 2-4 business days. We know that your business can’t wait, so we do everything in our power to complete your order sooner rather than later.
The 2-4 business day mark is after we’ve approved the design files you submitted to us. It’s the time we’ll need to produce your flyers or cards after we’ve settled on a design. In case you need more than the 25,000 flyer limit on our website, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate the needs of your business.
The turnaround might be slightly higher in that case, but not significantly higher. We are committed to express turnarounds regardless of the batch size.
Delivery Across Canada
No matter where you are in Canada, you’ll be able to receive your flyers and brochures. We send our flyers, brochures, and business cards to clients all over Canada.
You don’t even have to make an appearance in person throughout the entire process. Send your design to us online, we’ll go ahead and approve it, print the flyers, and send them to you. It’s as simple as that!
Make your flyer easier to act on
Give readers one clear next step
Lead with a useful offer or benefit, keep the message easy to scan, and add a clear action such as visiting your website, booking an appointment or calling your team. A QR code can connect your printed flyer to a landing page. Test it at the final printed size.
Prepare artwork for print
Supply a print ready PDF at the correct size. Include bleed when colour or images reach the edge, keep important text inside the safe area, and use high resolution images. For brochures, plan the reading order and fold positions before submitting artwork. Our design team can help prepare your files.

We Can Do Even More For You
Flyer printing is only one part of the story. We can do so much more for you, and just like flyers, all of our production is done in-house.
Tell us what needs printing, and it’s likely we have it on offer. At NEPS, you can get anything printed, including:
The list goes on! Any type of card printing you require, we’ve got you covered. Every business card and postcard we print is of premium quality that you can’t get anywhere else. Few businesses pay so much attention to the cards they print as we do.
Business cards are our bread and butter, which is why we care so much about every business that asks for our services. It should really come as no surprise that we care about each business card we make.
Flyer and brochure printing FAQs
Should I choose a flyer or a brochure?
Choose a flat flyer for a single promotion, offer or event. A folded brochure is useful when you need to explain several services or organize more information into panels.
What paper is used for flyers and brochures?
Flyers offer 80lb and 100lb text paper options. Standard folded brochures use 100lb text paper. Gloss and silk/dull paper options are described above. Check your selected product or ask our team to confirm the right stock for your project.
Can I print on both sides?
Single sided and double sided flyer options are available. Brochures use both sides to create the outside and inside panels. Check the options on your selected product before ordering.
Can you design my flyer?
Yes. Send your logo, text, images and any style references. Our graphic design team can create a flyer or brochure for your business or help prepare existing artwork.
How long does flyer printing take?
The usual production time is 2–4 business days after the design files are approved. Larger orders and custom requirements may take longer. Shipping transit time is additional; contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.
Can I order more than 25,000 flyers?
Yes. Contact our team for a custom quote for quantities above the online limit. We will confirm pricing and production timing for your order.
Do you serve Toronto and offer pickup in Mississauga?
Yes. NEPS prints flyers in Mississauga for businesses across the Greater Toronto Area. Local pickup and delivery across Canada let you choose the option that works for you.
How much does flyer printing cost?
Flat flyers start at $45 for 50 half page flyers on 80lb text paper with single sided printing. Folded brochures start at $95 for 50 full page tri-fold brochures on 100lb text paper. The total depends on size, quantity and selected options. Visit the relevant ordering page for current pricing. Tax and shipping are additional.
