Give the reader one clear next step

A postcard works best when the recipient can quickly understand what it offers and what to do with it.

Lead with the reason to keep it

Use the front for a strong image and a specific benefit, announcement or invitation. Keep the message short on a small card. Use a larger size when the photo or supporting details need more room.

Use the back for supporting details

Group the supporting details, contact information and next step. For a mailed piece, plan the postal layout first. For a handout, use that space for a short offer or a relevant service explanation.

Test the destination

Print a sample at the actual size and scan its QR code. Confirm that the link opens the intended mobile page and that the offer, date and contact information match the card.

Planning a mailing?

Choose your mailing service before finalizing size and address layout. A bundled packaging option does not by itself make a postcard eligible for a postal service. Mini and square formats may be better suited to handouts or inserts.

Artwork that arrives ready to print

Use high-resolution artwork with embedded images and outlined fonts. Include bleed and keep important text inside the safe area; confirm the required template for your selected size before exporting your PDF.

Is design included?

Custom graphic design is separate from the print price. Ask us about available templates or send your print-ready artwork.

Does production time include shipping?

No. The current postcard products list 3–4 business days after file approval to ship out. Allow additional time for delivery.

Can I use these as direct mail?

Confirm your size, stock, address layout, postage and packaging against the requirements of your chosen Canada Post service before ordering.

What will your postcard say?

Send your message, quantity and deadline, and tell us whether the cards will be mailed or handed out. We can help you choose the size and stock, or prepare the layout if you need design help.
