Start with the container, not the screen
Choose the label size and shape on the container itself, then plan the artwork to fit.
Try the size in your hand
Cut a paper mockup at the intended size and position it on the actual container. Check curved areas, corners and how much of the front can be read without turning the item.
Make the important details easy to find
Lead with the product or brand name, then group supporting details. Keep required information and practical codes readable, and approve the wording before turning it into artwork.
Describe the conditions
Tell us about the container surface, moisture, refrigeration and how the labels will be applied. Labels supplied on a roll still need the right material and adhesive for the job.

Start with the packaging.
Cut a paper sample to your planned label size. Check it on the jar, bottle or box, including any curve, seam or raised edge.
02 / Plan
Make the information fit.
Keep small text readable at the finished size. Leave room around the edge and check any barcode or QR code on a printed sample.
03 / Order
Choose your quantity.
Standard quantities start at 500 labels. Open the matching product for pricing and allow for production and shipping when planning your launch.

Roll label questions, answered.
What are custom roll labels?
Roll labels are printed adhesive labels supplied on a continuous backing liner wound onto a roll. You peel each label from the liner and apply it to your packaging. They are a practical format for repeated labelling of jars, bottles, boxes and bags.
What is the minimum quantity?
Standard online orders start at 500 labels and go up to 50,000. Available quantities are 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000, 10,000, 25,000 and 50,000. For smaller quantities or another quantity, contact us for a suitable option.
Are these labels waterproof?
The online products specify 40 lb label stock with permanent adhesive. They do not specify waterproof performance. If your labels will be exposed to water, condensation, refrigeration, oil or outdoor conditions, tell us before ordering so we can review the requirements.
Can I use roll labels to seal takeaway packaging?
Labels can add branding across a folded bag or packaging seam. Choose a size with enough contact on both sides and test the adhesive on your packaging. These are standard adhesive labels; certified tamper-evident and food-contact suitability are not specified.
Can I order custom sizes, shapes or square corners?
Yes, you can request a quote for a different size, shape or quantity. Standard square and rectangle labels have a ⅛″ rounded corner radius. Square corners require a custom quote.
How long do roll labels take?
The circle label listing shows 7–10 business days for production. Confirm the schedule for your selected shape and order before planning a launch. Shipping transit time is additional. Contact us with your deadline so we can confirm the schedule.
Is label design included?
No. Artwork is priced separately. If you have print files, review our file specifications. If you need a new design or help adapting your logo, ask about graphic design services.
Will the rolls work with my label applicator?
Compatibility depends on your equipment and the roll specification. Before ordering for an applicator, send us the required core size, maximum roll diameter, label gap and unwind direction. We need to confirm these details for your order.
