What is the cutoff for same day printing?
We must receive your order, payment and print-ready artwork before 1 p.m. Toronto time. Any required proof must also be approved before the cutoff. Eligible orders are ready for pickup by 5 p.m. that business day.
What happens if I order after 1 p.m.?
The next available production day is the next business day. The countdown and pickup date update automatically, skipping weekends and Ontario statutory holidays.
Which products can I order for same day pickup?
Classic, Silk and Suede business cards, flyers and postcards are available through our same day options. Choose from the options listed there. Other stocks, quantities or specialty finishes may need more production time.
Can I have my order delivered?
Yes, shipping is available across Canada. Same day production does not mean same day delivery. Your arrival date depends on the shipping service and destination; contact us if you have a firm deadline.
Can you help with my design?
Yes. Contact our team with your logo, text and ideas. Design work and file corrections need time, so please confirm your deadline with us before placing a same day order.
Where do I pick up my prints?
Pick up from NEPS in Mississauga. Your ready-for-pickup notification provides the collection details. You can also visit our contact page for our current address and hours.
