Our Founder, Vinay Tewathia

At 17 years old, Vinay Tewathia left college to pursue his passion for entrepreneurship, print, and design. With no capital, he went door-to-door selling business cards and postcards to small businesses, designing everything himself and handling orders, revisions, and sales—day and night—for years.

After five years of persistence, Vinay opened his first office, sharing rent with another business. Within six months, NEPS tripled its space (2008), acquiring finishing equipment for die-cutting, foil stamping, lamination and embossing. By 2011, he made his first major investment, purchasing a Heidelberg DI 14”x20” press ($150K). In 2016, he expanded further with a 29” Heidelberg SM56 5-Color + Coater press ($750K), significantly increasing production capacity.

In late December of 2024, following a strategic acquisition, Vinay took on a leadership role as Chief Operating Officer at KG Graphic Finishers, a large print and packaging operation, where he oversees business growth, process optimization, and operational improvements while still serviing as CEO of NEPS and the new launch of his digital agency - The NEPS Agency.

With a deep understanding of print production, branding, and digital marketing, Vinay continues to lead with a focus on efficiency, customer success, and long-term growth.

Beyond business, he is actively involved in leadership at Blue Springs Golf Club, where he serves as Captain of the golf club, fostering community and competition in the sport.
