Our Founder, Vinay Tewathia

At 17 years old, Vinay Tewathia chose entrepreneurship over a traditional path, pursuing his passion for print, design, and business ownership. With no capital and no safety net, he went door-to-door selling business cards and postcards to small businesses, designing every piece himself while managing orders, revisions, and sales around the clock.

After five years of persistence, Vinay secured his first office space, initially sharing rent with another business. Within six months (2008), NEPS tripled its footprint and invested in in-house finishing equipment for die-cutting, foil stamping, lamination, and embossing, bringing greater quality control and production efficiency under one roof.

In 2011, he made his first major press investment with a Heidelberg DI 14”x20” digital offset press. By 2016, NEPS expanded further with a 29” Heidelberg SM74 5-Colour + Coater offset press, significantly increasing production capacity and reinforcing its position as a serious manufacturing operation capable of handling complex and high-volume projects.

Through disciplined growth, strategic equipment investments, and continuous process refinement, NEPS evolved from a startup into a trusted print and branding partner serving businesses across Canada.

As the company scaled, Vinay’s role evolved from hands-on operator to strategic leader, focusing on long-term growth, operational excellence, and building a team capable of delivering consistent, high-quality results.

Today, Vinay leads New Era Print Solutions with a clear emphasis on efficiency, accountability, and customer success. With a deep understanding of print production, branding strategy, and business operations, he continues to guide NEPS through measured growth while maintaining the quality and service standards the company was built on.

Beyond business, he is actively involved in leadership at Blue Springs Golf Club, where he serves as Captain, fostering community, discipline, and competition both on and off the course.
