What should I include in a small trade show booth?
A backdrop, branded table cover and retractable banner are a useful starting point. Choose a backdrop that fits the booth, leave room for people to move and give each graphic one clear role. Your venue’s floor plan and restrictions should guide the final setup.
What is a retractable banner or roll up banner?
It is a printed banner that pulls out of a cassette base and is held upright by a support. The NEPS listing includes a 33″ × 79″ printed graphic, aluminium base and carrying case, making it a portable option for events and reception areas.
Which display works for a step and repeat backdrop?
A media wall or tension fabric backdrop can carry a repeating logo design for event photography. The telescopic media wall includes an 8′ × 8′ printed graphic; the tension fabric display is a 10′ format. Check the exact dimensions, available space and desired photo framing before ordering.
Do the prices include a frame?
The retractable banner and media wall prices include the listed hardware. The tension fabric display and tent cards show the complete graphic-and-frame kit, rather than the lower-priced graphic replacement option. Table covers, runners and full-wall panels do not include a table or tent. Half-wall kits include their listed support hardware.
Can I order replacement graphics?
Replacement-graphic options are listed for the tension fabric display, pop up tents and applicable half-wall kits. Confirm the frame model and dimensions first. A graphic intended for one system may not fit another frame of the same nominal size.
How long does production take?
The standard vinyl banner, retractable banner and telescopic media wall listings show 3–5 business days for production. Other display products require schedule confirmation. Shipping time is additional. Contact us with your event date before placing an order with a fixed deadline.
Can flags and pop up tents be used outdoors?
They are event products intended for appropriate outdoor conditions, with proper setup and anchoring. They are not designed for severe weather or high winds. A ground stake is included with flags; ask about a base for hard surfaces. Check venue requirements and product instructions before use.
Is artwork or installation included?
Graphic design is quoted separately. The product listings specify the components supplied with each order; on-site installation is not listed as an included service. Ask us about artwork preparation and setup requirements before ordering.
