For a welcome kit
Separate immediate instructions from information the recipient will use later. Keep the cover simple and recognizable. Put detailed information in the inserts so it can be updated without redesigning the folder.
For a property or event
Coordinate the folder with your feature sheet, brochure or handout. Review the full stack before selecting the construction, especially if the pack includes heavier inserts.

Artwork and production
Use the exact folder dieline for the chosen product. Pocket folds, glue areas and business-card slits need clear space. Printed pocket folders currently list 4–6 business days; attached unprinted-pocket folders list 2–3 business days. Additional finishing takes extra time. Will letter-size documents fit?
The listed finished folder size is 9 × 12 inches, suitable for 8.5 × 11 inch documents. Confirm any unusually thick document set or additional inserts with us.
Are the pockets printed?
It depends on the product and option. The “blank pocket” products have attached unprinted pockets. Printed pocket products have their own coverage options.
Can I add foil or embossing?
Custom finishing is quoted separately. Share your artwork, quantity and target date so we can check stock and finishing compatibility.
Are custom sizes available online?
The products shown here are 9 × 12 inches. Ask for a quote for legal sizes, gussets, extra panels or custom dielines.
