Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If your product is damaged or lost by the courier service, we cannot be held responsible. We will help ensure you're credited from the courier service. If in any case there you're unhappy with your printed product, you have 14 days to inform us. If you fail to report to us within seven days, New Era Print Solutions will not consider any complaints after 14 days.
